Lavinia Bini - Donna Anna
Young and up and coming soprano Lavinia Bini graduated with honors at the Conservatory Luigi Cherubini in Florence; she made her debut as Despina in Così Fan Tutte at the Eurofestival in Rome and participated in the production of Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Fermo, directed by Damiano Michieletto.
Prestigious engagements followed: Serpina in La Serva Padrona in and Livietta in Livietta e Tracollo at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna and at the Festival della Valle d’Itria in Martina Franca; Zerbine in the world’s premiere in modern times of Pergolesi’s Servante Maitresse at the Pergolesi Spontini Festival in Jesi, Juliette Deschamps directing and Giacomo Sagripanti conducting; Elena in Il Cappello di Paglia di Firenze and Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi at the Teatro dell’Opera/Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence (c. Lavinia Bini who recently won Renata Tebaldi International Contest has lately performed as Lisette in La Rondine on tour in Italy in Pisa, Modena, Ravenna and Lucca and as Amina in La Sonnambula at the LandesTheater in Salzburg.
